This clip features Robert Ingram, WMD Branch Chief, FDNY. Chief Ingram has spent almost four decades in the Fire Service, with over 30 of those years working for the New York City Fire Department. He was the Chief in Charge of HazMat Operations from September 11th, 2001 until August of 2007 and currently is assigned to the FDNY Center for Terrorism and Disaster Preparedness as the WMD Branch Chief. He is also a member of the NFPA 472 Committee, IAFC HazMat Committee, and an IAFF Master instructor.
