	Tom has served several operational tours with the Navy SEALs and Naval Special Warfare Group, including an assignment as the Expeditionary Antiterrorism Officer for the Commander and Chief of the Atlantic Fleet. He also served as the Combating Terrorism Warfare Innovation Development Team Deputy and Director of the Navy’s Lessons Learned Program at the Navy Warfare Development Command. He is the award-winning author of Combating Terrorism. Currently he owns and operates Offshore Consulting, a company that helps businesses develop effective leadership, teamwork and antiterrorism programs.
