Tom has been a member of the Tempe Fire Dept. since 1975, where he currently manages the Departments' Special Operations Section. He is one of the original members of the Phoenix Fire Department Urban Search and Rescue Team and has coordinated or taught in over 80 Hazardous Materials Technician courses, as well as numerous First Responder and First on the Scene courses.
