Dr. Tharratt is a professor of medicine at the University of California Davis. He is Medical Advisor to the California Governors Office of Emergency Services and the California Emergency Services Authority. An expert in Chemical and Biological Terrorism, he is active at the Federal, State and Local Levels on counterterrorism issues. He is Medical Director of Sacramento County Emergency Medical Services and Medical Director for the Sacramento City and County Fire Agencies. Dr. Tharratt is board certified in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Medical Toxicology, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine.
