Paul Penn
Paul Penn has almost thirty years of emergency, environmental, and health & safety management experienc. He is currently the founder and president of EnMagine, Inc., the home of the hazardous materials emergencyresponse program for hospitals HAZMAT for Healthcare. Paul focuses on emergency management and hazardous materials emergency planning, training, and exercising for hosptials and healthcare. Previously he was the Manager of Environmental Health & Safety at the Kaiser Permanente Sacramento Medical Center. He has also served as the Oil Spill Response Program Manager for the State of California and as the SARA Title III Program Manager for the CA Office of Emergency Services.
