Leonard Deonarine is a member of the Orleans County, New York Special Response Team (SRT) and the Medina Fire Department. He is an instructor for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He is a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET), an Occupational Health & Safety Technologist (OHST), and a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS). He presents training programs to address: incident command, hazardous materials emergencies, weapons of mass destruction incidents, and industrial emergencies.
