While with SEMO, Kevin directed five Regional Offices and had oversight of the NY Emergency Operations Center. He is a veteran of numerous emergencies and disasters, including 9/11; the 1993 World Trade Center attack; wildland fires on Long Island; the ice storm in North Country, and TWA 800. Currently he is an Emergency Management Consultant. Mr. Neary is also extremely active in his community where he is serving his fifth term as Mayor of the Village of Richmondville.
