John Bowen

John is the author of the text Emergency Management of Hazardous Materials Incidents. He is a professor of plant physiology (biochemistry) at the University of Hawaii and an instructor in Fire Science. He has been affiliated with the fire service for four decades and has spent 20 years training emergency responders to respond to HAZMAT incidents.
