With 35 years of experience with radiological devices, nuclear reactors, and nuclear weapons, Howard possesses a detailed understanding of the types and effects of radiological and nuclear weapons of mass destruction. He currently manages work for the Department of Homeland Security concerning radiological dispersal devices. He also has performed a worldwide radiation protection training evaluation for the International Atomic Energy Agency.
