With 35 years of experience with radiological devices, nuclear reactors, and nuclear weapons, Howard possesses a detailed understanding of the types and effects of radiological and nuclear weapons of mass destruction. He currently manages work for the Department of Homeland Security concerning radiological dispersal devices.
