Frank is president of Docimo & Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in training emergency responders in counterterrorism, EMS and HazMat issues. He is the HazMat Officer for the Turn of River Fire Dept. in Stamford, CT and co-chairperson of Connecticut's Hazardous Materials Awareness Committee. Frank has lectured at many national conferences and has conducted training for organizations like American Cyanamid and NASA as well as local, state and federal agencies. In addition to his other affiliations, he is on the development team for upcoming ISFSI and CMA programs.
