	Chief Shelley recently left his role as a technical advisor for the Saudi Aramco Fire Protection Department and has formed World Safe International LLC, consulting and training services to fire, marine, emergency management and safety professionals. He has over 40 years of fire service. He previously served with the City of New York Fire Department as the Chief of Marine Operations, Special Operations Command, as as the chief of the of Rutland (VT) Fire Department. He has written numerous articles for trade publications and is co-author of Industrial Firefighting for Municipal Firefighters.
