He is core lead instructor for BP's worldwide fire and emergency training programs and has been a fire service instructor for over 25 years. He is a member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) and chairman of the Northwestern Ohio and Michigan Mutual Aid District (NOMMAD).
