Former President of IAFC and currently the Chief of German Township Volunteer Fire Department in Evansville, Indiana and Director for the Volunteer Chief Officers Section to IAFC. Chief Buckman has nearly 30 years of fire service, including 20 years as Chief. He is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist, a member of the International Fire Engineers and the 1985 Indiana Fire Instructor of the Year. He has served the National Fire Academy as adjunct instructor and course developer. |
