Chase Sargent recently retired from the Virginia Beach (VA) Fire and Rescue Dept. He served in the Special Operations Division and was responsible for specialty teams and response, as well as traditional response. He served as the HAZMAT/WMD, Technical Rescue, FEMA and Marine response Chief as well as a functional member of the other specialty teams. As a Task Force Leader with Virginia Task Force II, FEMA US&R Task Force he deployed on a variety of large-scale disasters.
Currently he is President of Spec Rescue International, a contractor training in exlosive incident counterneasures and is a Special Operations Medic/Operator/Instructor. |
