William Mike Moultrie has been with the Arlington County, VA Fire Department since 1975, where he has served as a firefighter and fire officer on both engine and truck companies and was the Staff Assistant to the Fire Chief for several years. HE is also certified as a Virginia State HazMat Technician. Mike helped to develop protocols for the Department's high Angle Rescue Team, which later evolved into the Technical Rescue Team. |
