Chief Bob Andrews is the founder and president of Industrial Emergency Services. He has responded to over 300 emergencies in oil refining, petrochemical, port and related facilities. Previously he was Vice President and Fire Chief at Refinery Terminal Fire Company in Corpus Christi. He has also worked with the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute. His leadership and contributions to emergency response, organizational development, and fire protection engineering is well recognized within the oil and chemical industry.
