• PREVIEWS: Customers may preview most programs, otherwise free sample reels will be available. Previews are for 5 business days and must be returned via insured courier following the fifth working day. Previews are for evaluation purposes only, not for training. The preview charge is $20 for one tape or DVD plus $10 for each additional tape or DVD. Previews must be prepaid. This charge is credited toward the purchase or rental price of the same title for up to 1 year. Late returns are subject to billing as a purchase. To purchase a preview, contact a sales representative at 1-800-842-0999. Previews are not available outside the US.
  
  
• RENTALS: Video rentals are available for all titles in this catalog. Rentals are for 10 business days and must be returned via insured courier following the tenth working day. Rentals can be used for training purposes. Rental charges are $150 for a single video, prices vary for video sets, call us at 800-842-0999 for video set prices. Rental charge may be credited against purchase price of the same title for up to 1 year. Late returns are subject to billing as a purchase. Rentals are not available outside the US.
  
  
• FORMAT: Many titles now available in DVD. Please specify DVD or VHS! Special formats such as beta, 16mm or 3/4 inch Umatic, or an overseas standard such as PAL or SECAM can be ordered. • GUARANTEE: Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Emergency Film Group. You may return any product ordered from Emergency Film Group within 30 days for a full refund, provided the product is returned in original condition. E.F.G. videos and DVDs damaged within one year of purchase may be returned for free replacement.
  
  
• SHIPPING AND HANDLING: For domestic orders, products are shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling rates are $11 for the first item and $6 for each additional item. Call 800-842-0999 for overnight rates. For international orders, call for shipping rates. International shipping charges do not include import duties, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  
  
• PAYMENT TERMS: Terms are net 30. Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date will be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. International orders require prepayment.
