	Phil has over 20 years experience as a firefighter and Emergency Paramedic and has conducted hazardous materials emergency response training with Emedia Inc. and the Colorado Community College system in Denver since 1989. He has authored over 20 publications (including video training programs and textbooks) specific to hazardous materials emergency response. Currently Phil serves with the US Public Health Service as the Deputy Commander of the Central US National Medical Response Team for WMD, one of three national response teams that can respond to terrorists incidents and render decontamination and medical care to mass casualties.
