Jay is a 17 year veteran of Oklahoma law enforcement and also more than15 years of experience with Indian Law Enforcement. He has specialized in aggressive criminal enforcement programs that were aimed at reducing criminal activity in high crime areas. Throughout his career, Jay has worked closely with the Pottawatomie County District Attorney’s 23rd Judicial District Drug Task Force. He is Clandestine Laboratory Certified and Site Safety Officer Certified.
