Director, Illinois State Police Meth Lab Metro Enforcement Group of Southwest Illinois. Jim is currently in his 28th year of law enforcement. He is a DEA certified Clandestine Drug Lab Instructor who has been involved in more than 500 investigations. He is also a consultant to the Center for Domestic Preparedness and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center where he instructs on terrorism and drug law enforcement.
