The Chemical and Biological Agents Information Support System (CBAISS)(TM) is a Microsoft Access for Windows 95-based database application that provides essential information on chemical and biological substances that could be used as weapons of war or terrorism. These substances, called agents, are the focal points for the data contained in CBAISS
The CBAISS database also contains other pertinent chemical/biological information critical to civilian operations (police and fire departments) requiring a tool such as this one. In emergency situations, CBAISS helps the user, as a first response, to identify an unknown substance from basic information collected in the field.
