	Bob Royall is the Chief of Operations for the Harris County (TX) Fire Marshal's Office, where he coordinates the Harris County Hazardous Materials Response Team, the Harris County Homeland Security Response Program, Marine Fire Fighting Initiatives, and the development of the region's Incident Management Team. He is a retired 30-year veteran of the Houston Fire Department where he held the rank of Sr. Captain and served as the Assistant Coordinator of the Hazardous Materials Response Team. He is a master instructor for the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF).
