Kenn is a Certified Emergency Manager, with more than thirty-eight years of experience in law enforcement, emergency medical services, fire fighting, and emergency management. For over ten years Kenn served as a paramedic, and supervisor with volunteer, and proprietary ambulance services, and the New York City Emergency Medical Service, receiving awards for Life Saving, Innovative Thinking, and Service. Additionally he has spent more than 27 years as a police officer, sergeant, patrol supervisor; aircraft rescue fire fighter, A.R.F.F. crew chief, academy instructor, lieutenant, tour commander, captain, inspector unit head and commanding officer with the police force of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
