Robert Ingram

New York City Fire Department
Robert Ingram has had 38 years of experience in the New York City Fire Department. He was assigned the Chief in Charge of HazMat operations on September 11, 2001 and is currently the WMD Branch Chief. Chief Bob Ingram has a Bachelorís Degree in Fire and Emergency Management and Masterís Degree in Homeland Defense and Security from the Naval Post Graduate School. He has completed the FDNY's Fire Officers Management Institute affiliated with Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, the DHS Naval Post Graduate Schools Executive Leadership Program, works with federal agencies in CBRNE issues and has lectured frequently within the U.S. and internationally.

Chief Ingram is a technical committee member for Emergency Film Group's training video Global Harmonization and the Hazard Communication Standard.
